Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. All orders processed after 12pm EST will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to Mane Essentials due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. Mane Essentials is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All missing & damaged claims must be submitted within 10 days, along with photo evidence to ensure proper resolution.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the selected shipping method, the destination, and the weight of the package. Shipping cost can be viewed during the checkout process before finalizing your order.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.
Missing/Incorrect Items
If order is received with incorrect or missing items, please contact us at support@maneessentials.shop. We will happily either issue a refund for missing/incorrect item or replace missing/incorrect item.
Changes to Order
Once an order has been placed, the items purchased cannot be changed, so please be sure to carefully select the correct items and input the correct information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please be sure to place an email address or phone number when ordering otherwise you will not receive shipping notifications.
