How long it will take to get my order?
Items in store take 3-7 business days to process and to be delivered, this excludes weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

Can I get a refund?
No. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Are your hair growth products for all hair types?
Yes. Our products are dedicated to all hair types and textures.
Can the color of the products vary?
Yes. Due to the fact we like to use as many natural ingredients as possible, the color of the products can vary.
Do I have to be natural to use your products?
Absolutely not. Here at Mane Essentials, we are advocates for natural hair, but our products can be used on relaxed hair and of course natural hair as well.
