When should I expect to see results?

Consistency is key! We recommend at least 3 months of consistent use for optimal results. Although many customers see results much sooner, we want to be sure to provide realistic timeframes.

Can I use Mane Essentials products with Locs?

Yes, our products are loc safe.

Are Mane Essentials products all natural?

Yes, our products are made with 100% all natural ingredients.

Does brushing hair stimulate growth?

Yes! Studies have shown that brushing your hair with the right brush can stimulate the scalp circulation and improve sebum distribution along the hair shaft.

I have greasy/oily hair, am I able to use this product to grow my hair?


Absolutely! You can also use this product as a pre-poo or hot oil treatment if you prefer not to apply it daily.

Are your hair growth products for all hair types?

Yes. Our products are dedicated to all hair types and textures.

Can the color of the products vary?

Yes. Due to the fact we like to use as many natural ingredients as possible, the color of the products can vary.

Can I use the Moringa Hair Growth Oil if my hair is thin?

Yes! To thicken and grow your hair we recommend you use this oil every other day or at least 3-4 times weekly and massage it with your fingertips or our silicone scalp massager.

Do I have to be natural to use your products?

Absolutely not. Here at Mane Essentials, we are advocates for natural hair, but our products can be used on relaxed hair and of course natural hair as well.

How long it will take to get my order?

We strive to process orders for shipment within 1-3 business days after you complete your purchase. Once processed and shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I get a refund?

No. We do not accept refunds, returns under any circumstances due to the nature of our products.
